കര്‍ക്കിടകത്തിലെ രാമായണ പാരായണം പോലെ തന്നെ പുണ്യം നേടാവുന്ന മറ്റൊന്നാണ്‌ നാലമ്പല ദര്‍ശനം. തൃശൂര്‍ ജില്ലയിലെ തൃപ്രയാര്‍, ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുടയിലെ കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യം, എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ മൂഴിക്കുളം, തൃശൂര്‍ ജില്ലയിലെ പായമ്മല്‍ എന്നീ ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഒരേ ദിവസം തൊഴുതു പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിച്ചാല്‍ പുണ്യം എന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസം. തൃപ്രയാറില്‍ നിര്‍മാല്യം തൊഴുതു ഉച്ച പൂജക്ക്‌ മുമ്പ് പായമ്മല്‍ എത്തണമെന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസം.

നാലമ്പലങ്ങളുടെ ഐതിഹ്യം
പണ്ടൊരിക്കല്‍ മുക്കുവന്‍മാര്‍ കടലില്‍ പോയപ്പോള്‍ നല്ല ഒരു കോള് വലയില്‍ കുരിങ്ങിയത്രേ. കരയില്‍ വന്നു നോക്കുമ്പോള്‍ വലയില്‍ നാല് വിഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍. ജ്യോതിഷികള്‍ പ്രശ്നം വച്ചു നോക്കിയപ്പോള്‍ ദ്വാപര യുഗത്തില്‍ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണന്‍ പൂജിച്ചിരുന്ന വിഗ്രഹങ്ങള്‍ ആയിരുന്നു എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായി. ഈ നാല് വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളും നാല് ക്ഷേത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഉണ്ടാക്കി അവിടെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിച്ചു. ഇതാണ് നാലമ്പലങ്ങളുടെ ഐതിഹ്യം. തൃപ്രയാറില്‍ ശ്രീരാമന്‍, കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യത്തു ഭരതന്‍, മൂഴിക്കുളംത്ത് ലക്ഷ്മണന്‍, പായമ്മല്‍ ശത്രുഘ്നന്‍.

തൃപ്രയാര്‍ ശ്രീരാമ ക്ഷേത്രം
തൃപ്രയാര്‍ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ ശ്രീരാമനെ തൊഴുതു വേണം യാത്ര ആരംഭിക്കാന്‍. കേരളത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും പ്രസിദ്ധമായ ശ്രീരാമ ക്ഷേത്രമാണ് തൃപ്രയാര്‍. പ്രതിഷ്ട്ട സമയത്തു വിഗ്രഹം എവിടെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കണമെന്നു സംശയം വന്നു. ദിവ്യമായ ഒരു മയില്‍ പറന്ന് വരുമെന്നും, അതിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥാനത്ത് പ്രതിഷ്ഠിക്കണമെന്ന അശരീരി ഉണ്ടായി. ഏറെ കാത്തിട്ടും മയില്‍ വരാതായപ്പോള്‍ പ്രതിഷ്ഠ നടത്തി. അപ്പോള്‍ അതാ മയില്‍ വരുന്നു. ബലിക്കല്ല് വച്ചിടത്താണ് വിഗ്രഹം വെയ്ക്കെണ്ടിയിരുന്നത്.

വെടിവഴിപാട്, മീനുട്ടല്‍ എന്നിവയാണ് പ്രധാന വഴിപാടുകള്‍. തൃപ്രയാര്‍ തേവരുടെ ദിവസം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത് വെടിമുഴക്കത്തോടെ ആണ്. അരിയും, കതളിപ്പഴവുമാണ് മീനുകള്‍ക്ക് ഊട്ടുന്നത്. വൃശ്ചിക മാസത്തിലെ ഏകാദശി , മീന മാസത്തിലെ പൂരം എന്നിവയാണ് പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ആഘോഷങ്ങള്‍. രാവിലെ മൂന്നു മണിയോടെ നട തുറന്നാല്‍ ഉച്ചക്ക് പന്ത്രണ്ട്ട് മണി വരെ ദര്‍ശനം നടത്താം. വൈകിട്ട് നാല് മണിക്ക് നട തുറന്നാല്‍ അത്താഴപൂജ വരെ നട തുറന്നിരിക്കും.

കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യം ഭരതന്‍
തൃപ്രയാര്‍ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ഇരിങ്ങാലക്കുട കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യം ക്ഷേത്രം ആണ് അടുത്ത ലക്ഷ്യം . ശ്രീരാമാനുജന്‍ ഭരതന്‍ ആണിവിടെ കുടികൊള്ളുന്നത്.

വലിയ നടപന്തല്‍, ഉരുളന്‍ തൂണുകള്‍, കൂത്തമ്പലം, കുലീ പനീതീര്‍ത്ഥം എന്നിവയാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ പ്രത്യേകത. ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ മണിക്കിണര്‍ ഇല്ല. പൂജകര്‍മങ്ങള്‍ക്കുള്ള വെള്ളം തീര്‍ത്ത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ആണ് എടുക്കുന്നത്.

കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യം ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ ഉപ ദേവതകളില്ല. എല്ലാ ഭഗവാന്‍ മാരും എവിടെ കുടികൊള്ളുന്നു എന്നാണ് വിശ്വാസം. അഭീഷ്ട സിദ്ധിക്കായി കൂടുതല്‍ പേരും നേരുന്നത് താമര മാല വഴിപാടാണ്. കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യ സ്വാമി രോഗ മോച്ചകനാണ്. ഉദര രോഗ ശമനത്തിന് വഴുതനങ്ങ നിവേദ്യം ഉണ്ട്. ശ്വാസ കോസ രോഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മീനൂട്ടല്‍ ആണ് വഴിപാട്. സര്‍വ രോഗ ശാന്തിക്കായി വര്‍ഷത്തിലൊരിക്കല്‍ മുക്കുടി നിവേദ്യവും ഉണ്ട്.

തിരുമൂഴിക്കുളം ലക്ഷ്മണ സ്വാമി

തിരുമൂഴിക്കുളം ക്ഷേത്രം ആലുവ ക്കും മാല ക്കും ഇടയിലാണ്. ലക്ഷ്മണനാണ് ഇവിടെ പ്രതിഷ്ഠ. വളരെ പ്രസിദ്ധമാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം. സര്‍പഭയം ഒഴിക്കാന്‍ ആളുകള്‍ ലക്ഷ്മണ സ്വാമിയെ തേടിയെത്തുന്നു. ദക്ഷിണാ മൂര്‍ത്തി യായ ശിവന്‍, ഗണപതി, ശ്രീരാമന്‍, സീത, ഹനുമാന്‍, എന്നിവരുടെ സാന്നിധ്യം ഇവിടെയുണ്ട്. ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ പുറത്തു ഗോശാല കൃഷ്ണന്റെ പ്രതിഷ്ടയുമുണ്ട്.

മേടം അത്തം നാളില്‍ കൊടിയേറി തിരുവോണ നാള്‍ ആറാട്ടോടെ സമാപിക്കുന്ന ഉത്സവമാണ് മൂഴിക്കുളത്തെ പ്രധാന ആഘോഷം.

പായമ്മല്‍ ശത്രുന്ഘ്ന സ്വാമി ക്ഷേത്രം

കേരളത്തിലെ ഏക ശത്രുഘ്ന ക്ഷേത്രം ആണ് പായമ്മല്‍ ക്ഷേത്രം. കൂടല്‍മാണിക്യ ക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ആറ് കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ അകലെയാണ് പായമ്മല്‍. മഹാവിഷ്ണുവിന്‍റെ മഹാസുദര്‍ശന ചക്രത്തിന്‍റെ പ്രതീകം കൂടിയാണ് ഈ ക്ഷേത്രം. അത് കൊണ്ടു ഐശ്വര്യത്തിനും ശത്രുദോഷ്ശാന്തിക്കും വേണ്ടി സുദര്സന പുഷ്പാഞ്ജലി യാണ് പ്രധാന വഴിപാട്.

Malayalam Movie actor Babu Namboothiri is our neighbour in our native place Mannakkanad. He belongs to a big Brahmin Tharavadu (‘Padinjare Mana’ as it is known) in Mannakkanad in Kottayam district.

Athachamayam is the spectacular customary procession which marks the beginning of the Onam celebrations in Kerala. It is held in Thripunithura near Ernakulam on the Atham asterism of the Malayalam month Chingam. Folk art forms of Kerala, many floats, decorated elephants are all part of this procession. It is a treat to every one’s eyes.

Idea Star Singer on Asianet is one of the top reality shows in Malayalam Television today. It has just finished the Semi Final Rounds today. There were 7 contestants in the Semi Finals.

After the four Rounds Challenge Round (CR), Romance Round (RR), Shruthi Round (SR), and Malayalam Dance Hits Round(MDH), Najim Arshad entered the Finals directly because he scored the highest total in the Semi Finals. All other six contestants are in the Danger Zone. Their entry into the Semi finals depends on the SMS viewers send and also many other criteria we people may never know.

The other contestants are Durga Viswanath, Vani Jayaram, Amrutha Suresh, Arun Gopan, Hesham Abdul Wahab and Thushar. Their marks in the semi finals are as follows:

Because of the low marks, Vani has a chance to go out during the elimination round before the finals. But we cannot say as Idea Star Singer has the history of retaining the contestants with the lowest marks because of the huge number of SMS.

Still Thushar also may go out this time. He escaped in a very narrow manner last two times. So this time he may not escape.

Najim Arshad is the most favorite candidate for the 40 lakh flat sponsored by Confident Group. Durga also has a good chance to win. She and Arun Gopan has got the opportunity to sing in the Music Director Sri. M.S.Viswanathan’s next film. Durga has got a very good modulation of sound.
Arun Gopan and Hesham has got real good voice. Amrutha Suresh is equally competent.
